Sr. Digital Product Designer (UX)

Our client is a global managed technology service provider, trusted by 10’s of 1000’s of customers worldwide. With offices across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, our client delivers secure, connected solutions for industries including enterprise, finance, IoT, healthcare, education, and government. Due to growth our client is looking to add a Senior Product Designer to join them for an on-going, long term assignment contract basis.

Our client is seeking a Principal Digital Product Designer to shape transformative digital experiences for healthcare professionals and patients across its commercial portfolio. This role requires deep UX expertise and a sharp visual sensibility to drive complex product initiatives. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and medical affairs to define and deliver best-in-class experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with both business and user needs.

This role joins a team of experts building a commercial pharma brand experience. You may work independently or alongside a mid-level UI designer, focusing on research, information architecture, interaction models, and design systems thinking, while also guiding high-quality visual outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute with visual excellence by defining mood, tone, look, and feel of future products and services; translate vision into high-fidelity prototypes and engaging assets.
• Elevate visual standards by maintaining and refining design language across consumer apps and patient journey storytelling.
• Enhance usability and engagement by turning complex requirements into clear user journeys, flows, and interfaces.
• Apply systems thinking to ensure scalability, accessibility, and alignment with design systems and platform constraints.
• Mentor and inspire by providing critique, direction, and guidance to fellow designers.
• Champion design craft, demonstrating expertise in typography, color, grids, motion, and visual hierarchy.
• Drive strategic impact by contributing thought leadership on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively, presenting design rationale to stakeholders and leadership in clear, compelling narratives.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM 10+ years in visual design, UI design, or digital product design, ideally within agile or digital product development environments.
• A stellar portfolio showcasing interface and screen-based work, with mastery of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Proven experience in digital B2C commercial executions.
• Strong track record designing for web, mobile, and scalable component-based workflows.
• Demonstrated success shipping high-impact digital experiences balancing user, brand, and business needs.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Leadership experience mentoring and elevating design teams.
• Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, or front-end principles.
• Strong knowledge of mobile user experience and mobile application design patterns.
• Nice to have: Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries.
• Nice to have : Understanding of modern development processes and front-end frameworks.
