Job Position: Warehouse Associate

Location: Lithonia, GA 30058

Pay Rate: $12.00/hr

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6am-3pm

Schedule: Mon - Fri

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Rotate through various departments to gain cross-training experience
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks (labeling, loading/unloading)
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Sort and organize inventory
• Perform light assembly of products as needed
• Operate warehouse machines and equipment (training provided)
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Job Requirements:

• No prior warehouse experience required - just a willingness to learn
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 30-50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and good communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
