Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer - Intermediate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation to support various projects and initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and guidelines.
• Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in processes, systems, or technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay Range: $30 - $35

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
