We need a battle-tested leader to own our Managed Services practice and make our clients look like heroes. What You’ll Actually Do Lead a tight-knit squad of 6-10 support ninjas (Tier 2 Azure/M365/Epicor specialists) – mentor them, level them up, and watch them crush it. Be the air-traffic controller for escalations: jump into the fire on critical incidents, rally cross-functional teams, and get systems back online fast. Build unbreakable client relationships – jump on calls, fix the big stuff yourself when needed, and turn “problems” into raving testimonials. Ruthlessly improve: root-cause everything, kill repeat incidents, tune alerts, and write playbooks that actually get used. Future-proof the team – hire, train, certify, and align skills with our next wave of services. Sit at the leadership table with other Practice Managers – your voice shapes where the company goes next.
