SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000

This Senior Property Accountant position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in a dynamic finance team!
Senior Property Accountant Key Responsibilities:
Conduct general accounting and associated tasks for 15+ entities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheets and income statements for approximately 15+ entities.
Validate coding for invoices and credit card transactions.
Reconcile bank accounts monthly, verify deposits, and address bank inquiries.
File property tax forms and payments with federal, state, and local government agencies.
Generate monthly sales tax reports and remit payments to reporting entities.
Requirements for the Senior Property Accountant:
Minimum 4 years of Property Accounting and / or Real Estate Accounting experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required; CPA license or CPA eligibility a plus
Experience with MRI, Yardi, RealPage, or similar ERP preferred
