Casual Restaurant Manager & Fast Food

Position: General Manager/Manager No 24 hours no extreme late nights!!!

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, people-focused General Manager to lead our casual dining restaurant. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. As our GM, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, develop your team, and uphold a culture of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house team
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experiences
• Monitor financial performance, including P&L management, cost controls, and budgeting
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff according to company standards
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain strong relationships with guests and resolve issues with professionalism
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relations
• Execute company initiatives, promotions, and brand standards
• Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (casual or full-service preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven success with P&L management and operational excellence
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality
• Knowledge of POS and scheduling systems (e.g., Toast, Aloha, HotSchedules)
• ServSafe certification a plus
