Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range: $90000 to $120000 (commensurate with experience)
• Productivity bonuses paid quarterly up to $3600 annually
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are negotiable

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care to patients from birth through adolescence
• MondayThursday: 8:00 AM5:00 or 5:30 PM (one slightly longer day) and Friday: half day
• Average of 1820 patients per day
• Perform well-child checks sick visits immunizations and chronic disease management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including physicians PAs and support staff
• Utilize eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives

Requirements

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Florida
• Board Certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP or FNP with pediatric experience)
• New graduates considered with strong pediatric rotations
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
