Job Description
Will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of 148 units spanning two apartment complexes.This is a hands on position and appliance repair experience is a must. Organizing and working alongside employees to complete maintenance requests from the residents. Including, but not limited to appliance repair, light, plumbing, light electrical.
Working alongside employees to complete unit make ready. Including, but not limited to painting, wall repair and unit maintenance.
Ordering and maintaining stock of items necessary for maintenance request or make ready.
