Youll be responsible for ensuring our road show presence is professional, organized, and consistent with the high standards our customers expect.Brand PromiseIn a world thats traded service for speed and connection for clicks.We chose a different path.We believe in trust that is earned, not marketed.Real respect for the hunter on the other end.And in values built for the long haul.This is how we serve, because its how wed want to be served.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Knowledge & Brand RepresentationDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of all Chne products, features, and benefitsClearly and confidently communicate product details to customersRepresent the Chne brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticityDeliver a best-in-class customer experience that reflects Chnes valuesEvent Setup & TeardownLoad and unload equipment, products, and display materials into and out of event venuesAssemble and arrange booths, display tables, signage, and promotional materials according to company standardsSafely and efficiently dismantle displays at the conclusion of eventsPack and prepare materials, move display pallets, and assist with transport readinessInventory ManagementConduct accurate inventory counts before, during, and after road show eventsSubmit inventory reports as requiredRestock displays and sales areas as needed throughout eventsDisplay Maintenance & OrganizationInspect displays for damage and ensure all materials are clean and presentableRepair, replace, or reset display boxes and signage as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of the event space during setup, live selling, and teardownSales & Customer InteractionAssist customers with purchases and operate point-of-sale systems accuratelyAnswer questions, provide recommendations, and guide customers through product selectionsEnsure a smooth, friendly, and efficient checkout experienceQualifications & RequirementsAbility to lift, carry, and move equipment and productsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.Comfortable driving company trucks and hauling trailers; able to maneuver and park safely in event and venue settingsDependable, safety-minded, and able to follow transport and loading proceduresComfortable working in fast-paced, outdoor, or event-based environmentsStrong communication and customer service skillsAttention to detail and ability to follow setup instructions preciselyTeam-oriented with a positive, can-do attitudeWillingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules and locations and work outside of normal hoursOutside of road show season, this role will support other departments and projects across the company as business needs require.Scheduling Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends as needed throughout the year.Expected to leave HQ a day or two prior to shows to ensure set-up is executed in a timely and efficient manner.Physical DemandsFrequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carryingAbility to lift up to 45lbs with or without accommodation
