Location: In-Office | North Scottsdale, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $70,000 – $120,000+ annually (Commission-Based + Bonuses + Residuals)

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
• Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to warm, qualified leads (no cold prospecting)
• Build rapport and close deals with homeowners, business owners, or forward-thinkers
• Sell real estate contracts, telemarketing packages, data subscriptions, or educational programs
• Follow up consistently and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Use proven scripts, sales training, and tools to sharpen your pitch
• Hit weekly and monthly sales targets
• Grow within a culture that thrives on accountability, results, and massive income potential
Qualifications:
• You do not need experience; you just need to be driven and be a good communicator.
• Natural talkers who love engaging people and closing deals
• Hungry, driven, and competitive individuals who want more out of life
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train winners

• Must be able to work in the office at our North Scottsdale location
