To learn more about us, please visit our website at About the Role As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the SEO strategy for one of our flagship brands: , , or . You'll work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to elevate the organic performance of the brand through innovative SEO tactics. This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee the entire SEO process, from technical SEO audits to content optimization and AI strategies. We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing, who is ready to take the lead in driving measurable results. This position is on-site in Cleveland, OH . Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy : Own the SEO strategy for one of our flagship brands. Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic. Team Collaboration : Work closely with content creators, developers, and other marketing stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across the board. Optimize for Success : Conduct thorough technical SEO audits, optimize website structure, content, and metadata to enhance organic search visibility and performance. Content Strategy & Execution : Guide the development of SEO-driven content that aligns with business objectives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy. Data-Driven Decisions : Leverage SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs) to track performance and make data-driven decisions. Regularly report on performance metrics and KPIs. Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing innovations to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge. What You'll Need to Succeed Experience : 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of leading SEO strategy for brands (preferably in a B2B setting). Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawling, indexing, and SEO tools. WordPress experience is preferred. Analytical Skills : Deep experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) and a data-driven approach to optimizing SEO performance. Vendor Management: Experience managing external vendors to ensure they are meeting expectations. Content Mastery : Ability to craft and execute an SEO-driven content strategy that aligns with both brand and business objectives. Leadership : Experience leading or managing teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Strong Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate SEO strategy, goals, and results across teams.
