Volt is immediately hiring for a Onsite Facility Coordinator for a company located in Irvine, CA.
As a
Facility Coordinator you will:
- Ability to support both local and remote employees, in US and Canada
- Support facility management by coordinating repairs, vendors, and upkeep of common areas
- Collect and organize invoices, receipts, and reimbursement documents
- Support other departments with requests and projects
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with meeting room set up, office layout changes, and basic equipment troubleshooting
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Provide logistical support for company events, training sessions, and staff activities
- Perform occasional errands (bank deposits, supply runs, post office, etc.)
- Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
This is a Temp-to-hire opportunity
The ideal candidate will have: - 6 months to 2 years of facility coordinator experience not just in office
- Entry level experience troubleshooting systems and networks
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Quick learner and trainable
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, MS office
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Flexible to handle a variety of office and facility-related tasks
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM
Pay Rate : $22-$23 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
