Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant – Real Estate & Title Insurance

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates near Houston, TX)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced, technology-driven real estate and title services team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative and operational functions for real estate and title transactions
• Process and route incoming orders efficiently and accurately
• Order, review, and manage title evidence documentation
• Prepare, proof, and distribute legal and title-related documents
• Maintain regular communication with customers, lenders, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare reports, track progress, and organize documentation

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in real estate, title insurance, or legal administrative support strongly preferred
• Tech-savvy, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
