The client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a middle-market B2B marketing services firm in Waukegan, IL. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and Board to oversee financial reporting and strategy. The company is backed by a private equity firm with a focus on transforming and scaling businesses through acquisitions and growth strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a background in tech services or retail, with at least 15 years of financial management experience. Proficiency in inventory accounting, NetSuite ERP, CRM, and billing is required. Private equity experience is preferred. The CFO will play a key role in integrating acquisitions for cross-selling and upselling opportunities, with a focus on driving EBITDA growth.
