Description
Interprets drawings, identifies materials, prepares, assembles and welds carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel pipe, tubes and fittings for high temperature or high pressure applications using either tungsten arc or metallic arc welding method. Welds joints in all positions by the metallic arc method. Is familiar with requirements of our pipe welds, able to meet these requirements and to determine whether they are being met as the work progresses. Qualifications High School or GED.
