Job Description Job Description We are seeking a full-time warehouse receiver, hours of operation are 8am-5pm, M-F, weekends off. Please see details and responsibilities below. Starting pay for this position is $19 an hour. Our company also offers full-time benefits which include health and dental insurance, a 401K (50% match) retirement plan, PTO, etc. Details and responsibilities: Receiving Shipments : Unloading trucks and deliveries and verifying contents against purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips. Inventory Management : Sorting, labeling, and storing items in designated locations and using computer systems or scan guns to maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts. Organization and Safety : Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures. Equipment Operation : Safely using warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Documentation : Handling correspondence, reports, and internal procedures related to shipping and receiving. Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs. and perform physical tasks, such as bending, standing, and walking for entire shifts. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software or warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous warehouse or auto parts experience is often preferred.
