Job Description Job Description Job Description: The warehouse production associate will assemble shower door kits and prepare them for shipping. The associate must double check materials being loaded by carefully reading work orders and ensuring accuracy. The warehouse production associate displays careful attention to detail and inspects glass for flaws. Must be able to organize paperwork and receive and load inventory items appropriately. Must be able to use computer program for inventory management. Reports directly to Production Manager. Provides excellent communication skills with people inside and outside the organization. Duties/Responsibilities: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or will-call (including but not limited to inspecting, wrapping, packing, loading, shipping) Kit assembly for shower and wardrobe doors Inspection of glass for damage or flaws Buff/Remove scratches from glass Apply coating onto glass Participate in monthly inventory process Computer skills for use of centralized order system Forklift driving Shipping/receiving of materials Other duties as assigned Requirements: Lift up to 80lbs Attention to detail Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to read a tape measure Ability to convert fractions to decimals Must be 18 Non-smoking and Drug-free work environment Benefits Offered: Medical Insurance Dental/Vision Insurance Group Life and AD&D Insurance 401-K Paid Vacation Paid Holiday Paid Sick Leave Company Description Wardrobe & Bath Specialties, a Don's Mobile Glass company, is a family-owned wholesale distribution glass company located in Modesto, CA.
