About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Conservation Action for Chapters to lead the development and implementation of strategies that connect and empower community and campus chapters in their conservation efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and advancing the organization's chapter priorities, strategies, and tactics, and will work closely with conservation leaders to design and execute plans that deliver a significant impact. This role requires a proven track record in programmatic, volunteer management, community organizing, and grassroots engagement, with a minimum of 15 years' experience, including at least 5 years in a management or leadership position.
