Work closely with product and business teams to identify research topics/pp2. Act as a thought leader in the domain of research, while advocating for the people who could use our products/pp3. Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods/pp4. Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes/pp5. Effectively manage and prioritize research plans through ambiguous and fast-changing environments, align and efficiently execute critical insights and work with a large group of stakeholders/pp6. Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways/pp7. Work cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering and marketing/pp8. Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs/ph3Minimum Qualifications/h3p9. Currently has or in the process of obtaining PhD in a human behavior-related field, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Anthropology, Information Science, Computer Science, or Political Science. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta/pp10. Experience coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS or equivalent/pp11. Experience with survey design and response effects/pp12. Interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research/pp13. Experience translating research findings into strategic narratives/pp14. Experience applying statistical analysis methods such as Regressions, ANOVA, and T-Tests/pp15. Experience working independently and autonomously/pp16. Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment/ph3Preferred Qualifications/h3p17.
