Smart Chemical Services, a leading provider of chemical and technical services to the energy industry throughout the U.S., is seeking a Class A CDL Hazmat Treater Truck Driver. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for the chemical treatment of oil wells and identifying potential issues on site. We pride ourselves on our commitment to safety and expect all team members to operate within the HSE parameters for their role. Requirements:•Provide chemical treatment of oil wells as per schedule.
•Identify and communicate any issues that may arise on site in a timely and thorough manner.
•Maintain and submit all required paperwork promptly.
•Perform and maintain daily DOT regulatory requirements accurately.
•Ensure truck, trailer, and cargo are in compliance with DOT regulations.
•Understand container labeling and associated product hazards.
•Obtain and maintain accurate shipping papers.
•Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot field equipment.
Qualifications
•Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker endorsement.
•Must be at least 25 years of age.
•One year of verifiable experience in a CMV in oilfield / OTR.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills.
•Basic computer skills.
•Physical ability to bend, kneel, lift up to S0lbs, twist, climb, pull.
•Ability to tighten/un-tighten fittings to well head and hoses.
