Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an X-Ray Technologist with 1-3 years of experience and OR imaging expertise for an assignment requiring an active NJ RT license.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a hospital-based radiology department
• Schedule is 11 AM – 7 PM, five days per week
• Assignment includes working in the operating room
• Travelers may float to a nearby sister hospital as needed
• EPIC charting system is used
• Perform and provide imaging and treatment processes following state, federal, and professional guidelines
• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure patient comfort and safety
• Monitor procedure revisions and coordinate daily imaging schedules
• Travelers must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Assignment duration is limited to one calendar year; a break is required before returning
• Scrub attire requirements follow department standards

\n \n Requirements\n

• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience as an X-Ray Technologist
• Graduate of an accredited radiography school
• Current BLS certification
• Active NJ State Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
• Current ARRT registration
• OR imaging experience is required
