• Healthcare Setting: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)\n
• Job Type: Travel Registered Nurse Contract\n
• Start Date: November 17, 2025\n
• End Date: January 17, 2026 (No contract extensions)\n
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)\n
• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2360–$2420 per week\n
• COVID-19 Vaccination: Required for all healthcare staff\n

\n\nNICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Rhode Island (Nursys verification required)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent NICU RN experience in a U.S. hospital\n
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – Required\n
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification – Required\n
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records – Required\n
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts exclusively\n
• Proficient in English communication\n
• Completion of all onboarding health and credentialing requirements (immunizations, background checks, etc.)\n

\n\nNICU RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality, family-centered nursing care to critically ill neonates following ANA Standards of Professional Nursing Practice\n
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and safety\n
• Accurately document patient care and progress using EPIC EMR\n
• Educate and support families throughout the NICU experience\n
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulatory standards\n
