Job Description & RequirementsShift Notes:
Monday-Friday: 7a-3:30p - 40 hrs/week
Weekend Requirements:
call schedule
On Call Requirements:
minimum 10 +/- call shifts/month & every 3rd weekend
2 separate supervisory facility references at submittal & MUST from within last 3 years of employment. 3 total required during onboarding
