We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Trainer to lead training sessions and develop engaging educational content for a start up drone company in Hayward, CA!

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for line operations and system usage, including computer-based tools.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including video content and digital resources.
• Collaborate across departments to support ongoing training needs.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of one prior training experience, formal or informal.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in industries like automotive, electronics, or medical preferred.
• 1 year of manufacturing training experience.

Logistics

• Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
• $30/hr
• Free Lunch and Paid Holidays!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
