We are seeking a dedicated and reliable professional to join our team. The role involves operating vehicles, ensuring safe and prompt transportation while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to service calls for towing, recovery, or roadside assistance.
• Safely operate tow trucks (flatbed or wheel-lift) to load and transport vehicles.
• Perform roadside services like jump-starts, tire changes, or fuel delivery when needed.
• Ensure proper vehicle handling and secure all loads according to safety standards.
• Maintain tow truck cleanliness and conduct routine equipment inspections.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and law enforcement when required.
• Availability for on-call shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Clean driving record
• Background check is required.
• Previous towing experience desired; training may be available.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
