Minimum of three years hands-on experience testing/termination of copper cable at phone closet to jack. Desired: BICSI Technician I certification. Job Description: Install and locate copper cable drops within an office space environment. Test and terminate at phone closet and jack locations for connectivity. Climb ladders and work for extended periods of time pulling cable through walls and overhead areas within a building space. Physical/Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Talk and hear. Stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb. Work in tight spaces. Lift and move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Understand and follow oral and written instructions. Drive from work site to work site as needed.
