Role Description

This is a full-time CPA Tax Preparer role based in Bend, OR, with the flexibility for partial to full-time remote work. The CPA Tax Preparer will manage tax preparation tasks, including preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. They will also be responsible for developing tax planning projections and coordinating with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions
• Proven expertise in Tax Preparation and Certified Public Accounting (CPA) credentials
• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Accounting principles
• Experience in Finance and the ability to identify tax and financial planning opportunities
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tax-related software and accounting systems. Knowledge of UltraTax is a plus
• High level of comfort in paperless work environment
