Responsibilities: + Demonstrate inquisitiveness, investigative skills, and action-oriented initiative to deliver solutions to complex operational challenges while identifying new technical tools and capabilities. + Engage confidently and effectively with customer managers across various levels of responsibility. + Apply advanced knowledge of operations, and priorities when providing strategic guidance and operational case management. + Manage programs throughout the customer organization, supporting both traditional operational activities and specialized initiatives. + Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations. Work Environment: + Location: On-site + Travel Requirements: Occasional + Working Hours: Standard Required Qualifications: + Clearance: TS/SCI ++ + Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience + Writing skills: Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision + Soft Skills: Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills + Additional soft skills: Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group + Prior experience in supporting operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives Desired Qualifications: + Experience in Operations / Analysis + Experience identifying leads through all-source databases + Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices Belong, Connect and Grow at KBRAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
