Position Overview
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to support high-volume recruiting across multiple disciplines and locations. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure timely and effective staffing for critical vacancies.
Key Responsibilities
Review applications to confirm candidates meet minimum qualifications based on background, experience, and education.
Conduct phone screenings and manage candidate assessments.
Initiate background checks, prepare pay models, and generate and extend offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with departmental needs.
Manage formal resume submissions from job postings and ensure compliance with employment law principles.
Support 30+ multi-discipline vacancies across 20+ active postings and multiple site locations.
Scope of Work
20+ active job postings across multiple sites.
30+ open requisitions without assigned candidates.
15+ unique position titles and hiring managers.
Coordination with 15+ HR Generalists.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or GED with 6+ years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources experience; OR
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources experience.
Strong knowledge of employment law principles related to recruiting and hiring.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
Proficient in technology and business systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience in mining, energy, oil, or gas industries.
Additional Requirements

Ability to multi-task and reprioritize based on business needs.
Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
