Talent Acquisition Operation Regional Lead - TAO AMS

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to oversee and optimize recruitment operations across the AMS region. In this role, you will lead a team to deliver endtoend recruitment operation support, drive TA communications, and manage strategic projects to enhance hiring efficiency, compliance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Lifecycle Operations Own and streamline regional recruitment operations & implement improvements, including:
  • Background Check Process Ensure compliance with AMS regulations and SLA adherence.
  • Job Posting Approval Manage approvals and policy & process updates for job descriptions.
  • Oncall Platform Implementation Ensure efficient and highquality resolution for TA.
• TA Communications & Engagement Organize and lead regional Talent Acquisition Leadership committees and TA community initiatives; plan and execute TAfocused events (e.g., recruiter topicbased trainings, leadership roundtables).
• Recruitment Project Management Partner with HR and COE leaders to support companywide strategic programs, including:
  • Recruitment compliance & governance (e.g., Pay Transparency, audit readiness).
  • Global TA system/tool implementations (e.g., ATS optimizations).
  • Drive projects to improve organizational globalization and scalability.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or Project Management within a multinational environment.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing recruitment/HR processes.
• Strong understanding of AMS labor laws and recruitment compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TA technology (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Background in program/project management (PMP or Agile certifications a plus).
• Ability to analyze data (Excel, Power BI) to drive operational decisions.

Job Information

For Pay TransparencyCompensation Description (Annually). The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $124,800 $284,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, shortterm and longterm disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
