Job Requirements Education Required: Graduate from School of Surgical Technology OR High School diploma or equivalent AND Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) Experience No prior experience required Skills Excellent Communication Skills Working knowledge of computers Ability to organize instrument sets Able to pass a written proficiency review.
