Staff Accountant

$70,000-$80,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Greater Phoenix, AZ (on-site)

This is a key role within a collaborative accounting team where you’ll take ownership of core accounting functions and gain exposure to all aspects of the financial close. Responsibilities include:

• Manage daily general ledger activity, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Support month-end close and preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure financial accuracy across all ledgers.
• Provide audit support through schedules, documentation, and account analysis.
• Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in accounting operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• 1+ year of full cycle accounting experience
