🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager to lead Keyzar’s social presence and community-building efforts. You will produce engaging short-form content, interact with our audience daily, and build relationships with customers, fans, and influencers.
This is a full-time, on-site role in New York City — ideal for someone energized by the intersection of luxury, creativity, and human connection.

🛠️ Responsibilities
Content Creation
\t•\tPlan, film, and edit TikTok and Instagram Reels focused on product and lifestyle
\t•\tCreate content highlighting sparkle, craftsmanship, and customer stories
\t•\tLead on-site shoots in our showroom and around NYC
\t•\tOccasionally appear on-camera
Community Management
\t•\tRespond to comments and DMs, ensuring every customer feels seen
\t•\tEngage with tagged content, customer stories, and proposal posts
\t•\tBuild and nurture relationships with brand advocates and creators
\t•\tCoordinate UGC permissions and elevate the best content to our pages
Growth & Collaboration
\t•\tCreate and own a posting calendar aligned with campaigns and product drops
\t•\tTrack performance metrics and iterate based on data insights
\t•\tIdentify and act on emerging social trends
\t•\tPartner with marketing and brand teams on storytelling opportunities

💎 Minimum Requirements
\t•\tBased in New York City with ability to work on-site daily
\t•\t1–3+ years creating short-form video content (TikTok/Instagram)
\t•\tPortfolio showcasing creative storytelling and measurable results
\t•\tProficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, etc.)
\t•\tStrong understanding of social platforms, trends, and audience psychology
\t•\tExcellent written communication and customer engagement skills
\t•\tPassion for jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands
