+ About the job:
The Juki Operator (SMT Operator) is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring SMT machines in an electronics
manufacturing environment, ensuring quality and production standards are met.
+ We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a high school diploma
• Has 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing (preferred)
• Understands ISO 9001 quality systems
• Can multitask and meet production deadlines
• Communicates clearly and works well in a team environment
+ What you’ll do:
• Set up and tear down SMT machines using process data and instructions
• Operate SMT machines and perform basic programming changes
• Monitor machine performance and report issues
• Coordinate with internal teams on production and equipment concerns
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Complete required reports and documentation
• Support overall team goals and customer service
