Job Description
Good day! I have a unique job opportunity in Boonton, NJ. I am looking for a great SMT Machine Operator! This is a Monday-Friday, first shift position!
Required Skills:
Experience in Mycronics, Speedline, and Cyber Optics brand machinery is highly preferred. Must have worked in a ISO 9001-2015 manufacturing environment. One year of experience in the setup and operation of a surface-mount board assembly machine.
Job duties:
-Prepare machines and ensure proper set-up for desired operation
-Based on the work order, select the required parts and load the feeders or use pre-fed magazines and insert them into the dedicated location on the pick and place machine
-Select the applicable machine program and revision number on the computer for the assembly to be populated per work order.
-Power up and power down the re-flow oven according to standard operating procedures
-Perform first piece inspection on paste, parts, and solder. Log results into the inspection database
-Monitor and account for parts inventory, perform basic housekeeping, and maintain machinery
