Job Summary:
As we are expanding in the Raleigh, NC market we are looking for Skilled Trades candidates to build a talent pool for various roles. We are seeking qualified and motivated individuals to fill roles such as MIG Welders, TIG Welders, Wire Pullers, Electricians, Carpenters, Solar Installers, Plumbers, Maintenance Technicians, and HVAC Technicians. Key Responsibilities:

• MIG Welders: Perform MIG welding tasks on various materials, ensuring high quality welds and adherence to safety standards.
• TIG Welders: Execute TIG welding processes with precision, following technical drawings and specifications.
• Wire Pullers: Install and pull electrical wiring in residential and commercial settings, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
• Electricians: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Carpenters: Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard, following blueprints and specifications.
• Solar Installers: Install solar panel systems and related equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
• Plumbers: Install and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Maintenance Technicians: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems across various trades.
• HVAC Technicians: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or technical training in your trade is required.
• Previous experience in a skilled trade is essential; certifications specific to the role are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
