Terms of Employment:

• Duration: Convertible Contract-to-Hire.

• Location/Remote Status: Hybrid (Must be local to Reston, VA area and commute to the office 1-2 times per week)

Overview:

Work with a leading organization to serve as a strategic Product Owner driving a major ServiceNow platform transformation. This critical, high-impact role requires a vision-focused leader to define and execute the product roadmap for customer business solutions, leveraging core ServiceNow modules like Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This is an excellent contract-to-hire opportunity for a local candidate to embed with the client team and contribute to long-term digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and define the strategic product vision for the Customer's business transformation using the ServiceNow platform.

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and variable workloads.

• Apply advanced knowledge of business and management principles to product planning and life cycle development.

• Recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of complex technical and business problems related to implementation.

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, both written and verbal, providing excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT and business analysis, solutions development, systems analysis, or technical design/implementation OR 4 years of dedicated Product Owner experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree).

• Demonstrated, hands-on knowledge and experience with ServiceNow implementation, particularly with the CSM, ITSM, and/or CRM modules.

• Strong knowledge of project planning and life cycle development.

• Advanced ability with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within the healthcare industry.

• Possession of an Advanced Degree.

• Certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
