Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial package units, split systems, unit heaters, chillers, boilers, walk-in coolers/freezers, make-up air units, & controls * Identifying maintenance risks on equipment * Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems * Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently * Communicating with customers professionally and clearly about maintenance and service needs and status during work performed *Senior HVAC Service/Installation Technician **Job Requirements:* * Minimum 5 years of experience with commercial and industrial HVAC and Refrigeration * Comprehensive understanding of advanced HVAC-R principles * EPA Universal certification * Proficient in reading schematics and work plans * Proficient in soldering, brazing, and recovery * Able to lift up to 50lbs and valid driver’s license * Ability to work periodic rotating on-call service hours, after hours and weekends * Personal ownership of safe and high-quality workmanship * Always operate with integrity and honesty * Seek to continuously learn and improve HVAC-R knowledge and skills * Prioritize working with and respecting others as a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * On call Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Overtime pay Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Commercial HVAC: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) * EPA Certification (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
