As a Client Service Associate, you are the first point of contact for our clients, whether they visit in person or call us. We provide a valuable service by guiding our clients through tax codes, rules, and processes, and the Client Service Associate plays a crucial role in our team.
We offer flexible scheduling options, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, with both full-time and part-time seasonal positions available. There's also the opportunity to return year after year.
In this role, your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, assisting with phone calls and emails, scanning documents, verifying client identity, data entry, assisting admin with tasks provided and supporting our Tax Professionals with client records.
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
Compensation: $17.65 - $19.00 per hour.
