Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for maintaining common areas, such as bathrooms, breakrooms, and offices.

JOB DUTIES:

• Fill all paper towel dispensers, hand sanitizing stations, and soap dispensers
• Empty trash cans in all bathrooms, offices, breakrooms
• Clean sinks and countertops in breakrooms
• Sweep all tile flooring
• Clean restroom amenities - toilets, stall walls, sinks, dispensers, mirrors
• Disinfect commonly used surfaces, door handles, railings
• Dust all office surfaces
• Vacuum all office carpeting
• Dust office baseboards, windowsills, picture frames
• Clean all walls behind trash bins
• Clean light switches and door frames
• Daily walk-throughs for sanitization
• Meet with crew leader daily
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS and education requirements:

• Work night shift from 9:00p to 6:00a, Monday through Friday
• Preferred experience in cleaning, sanitizing
• Must be at least 18 yrs. old
• Must be able to:
  • Perform manual tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Follow verbal and written direction
  • Have flexibility to work Saturdays (peak season)
  • Have good attendance
  • Have a positive attitude/be willing to work
  • Able to work at a fast pace,
  • Must adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

PHYSICAL Environment & Requi rements:

• Plant/Production facility, occasionally outside, or in-store; Possible extreme heat/cold dependent on season
• Continuously requires ability to ffollow verbal and/or written direction
• Frequently requires walking, lifting (up to 50lbs), carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling (up to 200lbs), bending, and crouching
• Occasionally requires sitting, standing, fine dexterity, climbing and handling
• May require ability to operate machinery, drive vehicles (truck, car, van, tug, forklift) or use equipment such as hand tools, computers, or general business equipment
• CDL license or tug/forklift certification may be required
