About the RoleReporting directly to the Sales Manager, you’ll guide customers through the process of purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles. Your focus will be on creating lasting relationships, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to the success and profitability of the dealership.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Perform in-depth needs analysis to match customers with the right vehicles
Organize and conduct test drives
Negotiate sales in a way that builds trust and drives customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in our lead management system
Collaborate with our Finance & Insurance team to support the full sales process
Personally deliver vehicles to customers to ensure a memorable experience
Actively participate in community events and outreach to build your client base
