About Us:

Direct Protection Security (DPS) is one of California’s top-performing authorized ADT dealers. We’ve been helping homeowners protect their families and properties for over a decade through smart home automation and security solutions.

We’re expanding our Realtor Partnership Program — connecting with realtors, escrow officers, and property managers to offer security systems to new homeowners.

Now we’re hiring motivated Cold Lead Generators to help us grow our referral network.

What You’ll Do:

• Call, text, and email realtors and real estate offices to build partnerships
• Generate qualified leads for new homeowners who need alarm systems
• Keep detailed notes in CRM (we’ll train you)
• Follow up with potential partners to close referral relationships
• Work closely with our Sales Team and Manager to hit weekly goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident communicator — not afraid to call and pitch
• Organized, motivated, and consistent
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Goal-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
• Must be comfortable making 50–100+ calls per day
