Job Summary Rigger is responsible for properly setting up the crane and effectively signaling the operator while safely and correctly utilizing the rigging provided for the lift at hand. Job Duties Effectively and safely set up the crane for the lift at hand. Signal the operator either by verbal, hand or radio communications. Properly rig and monitor the lift for proper connection. Monitor crane positioning during lift for obstructions and deviations in the environment. Safely complete the lift and carefully rig down the load. Properly load the rigging and mats for transportation back to terminal. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years experience. NCCER Certification.
