Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RF Test Technician to join our client's team in Stowe, MA . This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with advanced antenna and RF test facilities, supporting engineering and manufacturing teams that develop mission-critical technologies. What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain antenna and RF test facilities
• Write RF Test procedures, collect/analyze test data, and prepare detailed test reports
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program Management to implement effective test strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of antenna and radome testing methodologies
• Experience with RF test equipment (VNA’s, RF sources, antenna ranges, mixers, Orbit 959 software, Labview)
• Strong computer and math skills
• Good eye/hand coordination
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Physical ability to:
• Lift at least 40 lbs
• Climb, stoop, bend, kneel, and reach overhead for extended periods
• Climb a 100-foot test tower

Key Details

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM start
• Travel: Support also required at Hudson, MA site
• Requirements: Background check, drug screen, and ability to obtain Secret Clearance
• Regulatory: This position requires potential access to technology controlled under ITAR/EAR. Candidates must be U.S. Persons as defined (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual).
• Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required
