What You'll Do: As Store Manager, you will oversee and direct all aspects of store operations to achieve maximum sales and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving sales and meeting budget goals by controlling expenses.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Providing leadership and fostering a positive, productive team environment.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years in management or supervisory roles.
• Valid Driver's License: A valid license and auto insurance are required.
• Physical Ability: Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, including standing, lifting to 20 lbs., frequent bending, and reaching.
