The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
Manage a high volume of inbound calls from applicants seeking employment
Review job details with skilled tradespeople and dispatch them to worksites
Extend offers of employment and document candidate activity notes
Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for open and upcoming projects
Post jobs online to source top talent
Collaborate with a supportive office staff of 30 team members
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills—confident, clear, and professional
Ability to type at least 60 WPM
Team-oriented mindset; able to thrive in a collaborative office environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn our unique industry
