Addison Group is partnering with our client, a reputable organization in the Westminster area, to identify a skilled Contract Recruiter to join their People & Culture team. This position is perfect for a results-oriented recruiting professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and collaborating across departments in a dynamic environment.

Job Description:

The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new hires. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse hiring managers to meet organizational talent needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of open roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and craft accurate job postings.
• Conduct candidate sourcing through online platforms, networking, and talent databases.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates.
• Present qualified candidates and manage the offer and onboarding process.
• Ensure compliance with background and drug screening policies.
• Maintain accurate records and data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting across various departments or role types.
• Strong sourcing abilities and familiarity with modern recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Flexibility with start and end times (8 hours a day)
• Work Environment: Hybrid (In-office Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday & Friday)
• Contract Length: Through May 2026
