Position Overview

 

We’re seeking an Client Support Specialist/Admin Assistant who is organized, tech-savvy, and service-oriented. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping sellers navigate the listing process while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

 

You’ll manage MLS listings, communicate with clients, and handle listing-related inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity to stay active in real estate, gain hands-on experience, and be part of one of Texas’ most successful independent brokerages. Plus, you will have the opportunity to build a book of business

 

Earning potential: $50,000 – $75,000+ annually (base salary + bonuses + commissions from broker-provided opportunities).

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and update MLS listings for Full Service, Flat Fee, and FSBO clients
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
  • Guide clients through listing procedures and MLS requirements
  • Some "light" sales including explanation of packages.
  • Assist with contracts, documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Support the Broker and team to ensure an exceptional client experience

 

Qualifications

 

  • Active Texas Real Estate License strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
  • Proficient with MLS platforms, email, and basic CRM tools
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Prior experience in real estate or a brokerage environment is a plus
  • Ability to multi task a must
