Job Details

Supervise and mentor psychiatric nurse practitioners
Oversee daily operations of the psychiatric nursing department
Collaborate on individualized patient care plans
Lead staff meetings and guide clinical education

Requirements
Master’s in Nursing with a Psychiatry specialty
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
2+ years as a psychiatric NP
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
