About Us

We are seeking a Property Manager to support commercial retail tenants throughout the Tucson area. Our client is proud to maintain a family-oriented, collaborative culture in a high output environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations for assigned assets
• Collect rent and oversee tenant billing
• Coordinate and manage vendors, maintenance, and repairs
• Process and pay property-related invoices and expenses
• Ensure lease compliance and maintain tenant relations
• Assist with reporting, budgeting, and forecasting as needed
• Maintain accurate records within Yardi or MRI

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of property management experience (commercial or residential accepted)
• Arizona Real Estate License (required by state law)
• Experience using Yardi or MRI preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset and great attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree not required—experience and initiative matter most

Compensation

• $50,000–$60,000 per year , depending on experience
